Over the past fifteen years, creative problem-solving naturally became part of her work, helping interns, workers and start-up businesses navigate the often overwhelming challenges of administration.

As Ellay grew and expanded its team, client enquiries increasingly shifted toward more creative, person based support, often from professionals experiencing burnout and seeking a more balanced approach to work.

Today, Ellay supports SMEs with both human and AI-driven solutions, while also providing hosted accommodation for sports and music events in Nottingham, alongside online and in-person crafting classes designed to inspire creativity and wellbeing.
